Love working with people and sales—but ready for a more consistent schedule?
If you’re competitive, motivated by goals, and want the opportunity to increase your income without regularly giving up your nights and weekends, this could be the career move you’ve been looking for.
No insurance experience is required. For the right candidate, we’ll pay for your initial insurance licensing course and first exam attempt. You’ll need to successfully pass the required licensing exam before your first day of employment.
Once you join our team, additional training is paid and completed during work hours. You’ll receive ongoing coaching and support to help you learn the business and develop the skills to become a successful sales professional.
If you’re coachable, motivated, and comfortable asking for the sale, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll connect with current and prospective customers, build relationships, identify needs, explain insurance and financial product options, follow up with prospects, and ask for the sale.
You’ll also build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, relationship-building, and consistent follow-up.
This is a sales position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys setting goals, having sales conversations, and being rewarded for strong performance.
You May Be a Great Fit If You
- Are motivated by goals, results, and increasing your earning potential
- Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
- Are comfortable prospecting, following up, and asking for the sale
- Are competitive, positive, and accountable for your results
- Are coachable and willing to learn a proven sales process
- Listen carefully and can uncover what matters most to a customer
- Can confidently communicate value rather than competing on price alone
- Are organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
- Are comfortable learning new products, technology, and systems
- Bring integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Are willing and able to complete the required licensing course and pass the licensing exam before your first day
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, automotive, or another customer-facing role can be a great foundation for this position.
